Returns and Exchange

RETURNING GOODS

This return policy is applicable to all products sold directly by Anayah Jewellery and will not apply to any sales by third parties. In order to be eligible for a return, purchased items must be returned within 7 calendar days of receipt (which would be the day the item was delivered). We allow 15 Days for international items to be returned.

Please ensure that the returned goods are in perfect and saleable condition and returned in its original packaging with the tags intact and attached securely to the product. “Saleable” means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. Please do not remove the safety pin of the swing tags unless fully satisfied with item.

Please note you cannot return or exchange the following products for hygiene reasons – earrings (including earrings with sets), bindis, nose and hair ornaments or accessories. No exceptions will be made.

Once we are satisfied the item returned is in the right condition we will only issue a Credit note and no cash refunds are issued. Credit Note will only be issued for the item of the purchase and not the shipping paid on that original item. Once store credit is received for a returned item, it must be used within 60 days from the date printed on the credit voucher. Store credit may be redeemed on any item from Anayah Jewellery, and any amount not spent on a single purchase may be put towards a second purchase. No cash refund will be given in lieu of unused store credit.

All conditions applicable to return of goods shall also apply to exchange of goods. A customer may call the customer care number +44 7950747192 between 10am – 5pm Monday to Friday in order to discuss returns. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a credit and purchase the new item separately.

Returned items must be shipped by the customer at their own cost and expense to the address provided on the website. Anayah Jewellery will bear no responsibility for any damage caused to a product during shipping. A copy of the original product receipt must be sent along with the returned item.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR AN EXCHANGE OR CREDIT NOTE FOR UK ORDERS

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns to any orders; you will have to pay for the items to be sent back to us. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Follow the instructions below for  returns:

  • Please ensure you tell us whether you want an exchange/ credit note and reason for return.
  • Take your parcel(s) to your nearest Post Office, you will be charged to send your goods back to us and post it back to our address.

We recommend you use a special or recorded delivery to ensure your item reaches us safely. We do not hold any responsibility for any goods lost in transit and in such case will be unable to offer an exchange/ credit note.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Unfortunately we do not offer free returns on any international orders; you will need to pay for items to be shipped back to the UK.

Anayah Jewellery purchases can only be returned by post, as we do not offer a collection service. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

International returns process

Follow the instructions below to return your item(s):

  • Please ensure you tell us whether you want an exchange/ credit note and reason for return.
  • Take your parcel(s) to your nearest Post Office, you will be charged to send your goods back to us and post it back to our address.

Please note timescales for all deliveries and exchanges can vary during seasonal festivities. Anayah Jewellery does not hold any responsibility for delays from our couriers.

 

Our return and exchange policy is however subject to the following:

(a) Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please inform our customer care department in the event any products are received by the customer without tags.

(b) Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

(c) All custom-made orders are non-returnable.

(d) In case of any return/store-credit, all costs of shipping and handling must be borne by the customer.

(e) Any item bought during sale is not eligible for returns or exchange of any sort.

(f) All earrings or any sets that include earrings are not eligible for returns or exchange of any sort.
